1. Initial Candidate Submission and Q&A 

For each position at Shafran®, we pose a set of fundamental questions to assess critical thinking, grammar, and writing skills. Please provide detailed and well-considered responses; we review every application!
2. Introductory Screening Conversation
You will have a 15-minute initial call with a hiring manager to discuss the role and evaluate your skill alignment.
3. Skills Evaluation
You will complete a task and present it to our team. The aim is to showcase your thinking, actions, and communication abilities. Each assignment is tailored to the position, and as a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a carefully curated selection of fantastic gifts.
